Atrix Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear Valued Customer,

Atrix has been closely monitoring the impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the effect it has on our overseas manufacturing facilities and global supply chains. We understand the importance of communicating these challenges with our valued customers and want to provide you with our latest update.

Our overseas manufacturers are back to work and doing their part to continue operations. Workforce capacity is near 80%, and as a result, lead times have increased and will continue to increase over the next several months. We are working diligently with our factories to provide updated information on open orders. We project lead times on products that are currently back ordered for arrival in the April and May timeframe.

Additionally, we have been notified by our global carriers that shipping lines may also be affected due to Coronavirus. As factories resume their work, the demand for space will be on the rise. We expect delays with ocean and air capacity once cargo begins to move.
