ATRIX GUARANTEE

We make every effort to see to it that our products are of the highest quality. We cannot guarantee that all products are applicable to all situations and that the data we provide from many sources is reliable and accurate for all situations.  All statements, technical data, and recommendations contained herein are based upon the information we believe to be reliable. However, the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed. The proper and correct application of products and data is the responsibility of the user. The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied:

Atrix’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Atrix shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, users shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and users assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Atrix, e-mail addresses, and all other personal identifying information, is for our processing purposes only.  We do not sell or disclose any information about our customers to any third parties.  The prices on this website supersede all previous prices and may change without notice. All prices are net.

ORDERING INFO

We offer a few different ways to place an order:

  1. Order online– When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day. There will be occasions our services may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades, emergency repairs, failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment, or similar occurrences.
    • You have an opportunity to create an Atrix account when submitting an order.
      • You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself.
      • You may not use another user’s account without permission, or solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other Users.
      • You may not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, username, or any account rights.
    • When creating your account, you must provide true, current, accurate and complete information, and you must update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and you are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You may be liable for our losses or the losses of others due to unauthorized use. If you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you should notify us immediately.

NORMAL DELIVERY

Most orders ship from Atrix within 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you with shipment dates.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipments are FOB Burnsville, MN.   Freight charges are based on weight and volume. Purchaser must specify a freight carrier (if other than UPS) at the time the order is placed. Atrix will prepay UPS shipments and the cost of freight will be added to each invoice unless otherwise specified.

NOTE: Request to ship UPS 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day is a method of shipment and does not imply any expediting of order processing by Atrix. Purchaser is responsible for and agrees to pay charges billed to Atrix for corrections made by the carrier including address corrections. Some carriers may not be available to be used by Atrix.

SHORT SHIPMENT & PRICING CLAIMS

All claims pertaining to invoices (including short shipments, pricing discrepancies, freight charges, etc.) must be made in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Claims must include copy of original PO, PO number, invoice number, and invoice date. All claims must be approved by Atrix.

FORCE MAJEURE

Atrix shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery, in whole or in part, caused by the occurrence of any event beyond the reasonable control of Atrix. If such event occurs, Atrix may allocate production and deliveries among its customers.

ORDER CORRECTION NOTICE

Upon receipt of orders with incorrect pricing, Atrix will contact you with the discrepancy before continuing the order process.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please email Atrix as soon as possible ([email protected]). Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. If you would like to continue the cancellation process once the item has shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges and possible restocking fees.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you need to return your product, it must be in its original packaging meaning the product is new, unused, and in a resalable condition.  All returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns and exchanges require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please email our customer service department ([email protected]) for your RMA number.  The return email will give you instructions where to return the merchandise. Some of our products may be offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once your item returns to the warehouse, it will be inspected.  A possible restocking fee, up to 20% of the item price, may also apply depending upon the condition of the item upon its return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item or are missing parts, please contact Atrix within 5 business days of delivery ([email protected]).

Please keep all original packing materials and cartons available for repacking a return, if that becomes necessary. We will make every effort to quickly resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Our staff is fully trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping record are an indication of our commitment to reduce damage incidents. Photos may be requested in the event of damage. If a replacement is declined and you would prefer to cancel your order you may do so under the conditions of the Return Policy.
